3SIXTY5 is a Premium Personal Training organization with personal training studios in Abcoude and in Amsterdam. We are considered the leading PT organisation in The Netherlands.

We are also an educational company that educates personal trainers.

We are 100% committed to helping our clients achieve their desired results. Our clientele consists of a wide variety of people, who all have one thing in common: they are all working towards a personal goal.

These goals, like the people themselves, are very diverse and range from losing weight to acquiring a killer body and from resolving physical complaints to preparing for an athletic achievement such as the New York City marathon.

We only work with motivated clients, but do not let that scare you off. Most of our new clients have not worked out in over a decade and currently lead unhealthy lives, so you do not have to worry about encountering only fit and athletic people at our studios. Everyone is welcome and no one is beyond our help.
