What we do instead is offer custom training programmes. Based on an intake interview and an assessment, we will work together to draw up a plan. We will determine the right training frequency for you and get to work. We take care of everything, so all you have to worry about is your actual workout.
We always work on a one-on-one basis, never in a group and – whenever possible – at a time that suits you best. We will draw up nutrition plans, examine your sleep pattern and try to take into account your social life.
