WHAT IS PERSONAL TRAINING?
At its simplest, Personal Training is one-on-one training per a personal trainer. But at 3SIXTY5 we understand this to mean much more; for us Personal Training means a collaboration in which we work towards your goals and wishes. This doesn’t stop at training in one of our studios. Achieving your goals usually requires a change in your lifestyle and nutrition. We invest a lot of time in supporting, reminding and encouraging you to achieve your goals (also outside of the training sessions).
TRAINING PLAN
At 3SIXTY5 we work with periodization, which means nothing more than a personal training plan on paper. Because we aim for long-term and sustainable results, a periodization consists of a plan for a number of months. Together with you we set goals and wishes and measure your progress regularly. Read more about our approach here.
NUTRITION
Nutrition is perhaps just as important as training. Therefore, in addition to a training schedule, we also put together a personal nutrition plan. This involves first looking at what you currently eat, and using this as a basis, we create a desired plan. Here we look for the balance between effective and readable. The nutrition plan must be easy to follow in order to achieve lasting results.
INTAKE
On the basis of an intake interview in which we discuss your goals, your weaknesses and strengths in terms of fitness, but also your stress level and number of hours of sleep, we will put together a plan. We will also do an assessment to get a good starting point for the program.
YOUR OWN HEAD COACH
At 3SIXTY5, you get your own “head coach. He or she is the personal trainer you train with most of the time, formulating your goals together, scheduling your workouts and making the nutrition plan. So your head coach is your first point of contact.
However, you don’t always train with your head coach. The great thing about our organization is that we have a permanent and close-knit team of certified and highly experienced personal trainers at each studio. This guarantees flexibility in scheduling your workouts. If your head coach is off one day, but you still want to train, you can.
